Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch all orders promptly and ensure they reach you as quickly as possible.
Orders placed before 2pm (Monday–Friday) will be dispatched the same day on a 48-hour (1–2 day) delivery service. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends/public holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

Delivery times listed below are estimates and apply once your order has been dispatched. Unless a specific timed courier service has been paid for and confirmed, all delivery times are indicative. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking code will be sent to you.

Please ensure orders are placed in advance if you have tradespeople, equipment, or other time-sensitive requirements. Shipping delays can sometimes occur, and we'll always try our best to reach out to the couriers to resolve any issues.

We currently only accept and ship orders within the United Kingdom. Orders placed from outside the UK will not be processed.

Delivery Requirements

  • Access Information: Notify us of any restricted access at the time of ordering (e.g., narrow lanes, gated areas, limited turning space).
  • Contact Number: Please provide a valid phone number so the courier can contact you if needed.
  • Special Requests: We will pass on any specific delivery instructions (e.g., leave in a safe place) to the courier, but these cannot be guaranteed.

Important Notes

Once your order has been dispatched, changes to the delivery address may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as you notice any issues with your delivery address so we can check available options.
