Refund policy
We want all our customers to be completely satisfied with our products. If you experience any problems with your item, please contact our friendly team on 01392 209 394 as soon as possible. In many cases, we can quickly identify the issue and help you get up and running again without the need to return the item.
Once your return has been processed, we will inspect the item and then promptly issue the refund to the original payment method. Once processed, it can take up to 5 working days to appear back in your account, though this processing time may vary from bank to bank.
Below is our full returns policy. This policy complies with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Conditions for Returns
- Products must be clean, unused, and in resalable condition (no damage, markings, or missing parts).
- Returns must include original packaging wherever possible.
- Items must be drained of fuel and oil (where applicable) before returning, for health and safety reasons.
- Returns may not be accepted after 60 days from the date of delivery unless covered under warranty.
Order Cancellations
Changed your mind right after ordering? No problem!
- You can cancel your order by 11AM on the same day of purchase with no charge.
- After 11AM, your order may already be processed and shipped, so cancellation may not be possible.
Changed Your Mind?
If you no longer want the item and it's brand new, unused, and in unopened packaging, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.
Please get in contact to notify us of the return. Without being notified, we may be unable to accept the return or track it back to you to process a refund.
Damaged on Arrival
If your item arrives damaged:
- Report it immediately - ideally while the delivery driver is present.
- Take clear photos of both the damaged item and the packaging.
- Contact us within 24 hours so we can arrange a replacement or refund and make a claim with the courier.
Faulty Items
If your machine develops a fault:
- Stop using it immediately for your safety.
- Contact us immediately so we can troubleshoot your issue. If we cannot resolve it over the phone, we will ask for the item to be returned to us for inspection, where we will decide whether it needs a repair, replacement, or refund.
- We keep a range of parts in stock, and most issues can be resolved easily with our help over the phone.
Returns for Other Reasons
If you're returning goods for reasons not listed above (e.g., incorrect item ordered, unsuitable), please contact us first.
Returns We May Not Be Able To Accept
- Items returned after 60 days from delivery (unless under warranty).
- Items that have been used, damaged, or modified.
- Items returned with fuel or oil still inside.
Warranty
All SeriousLandscapes.co.uk products are covered by a manufacturer’s guarantee. If your product is found to be defective under warranty, we’ll be happy to repair, replace, or refund it in line with warranty terms.
